Hawaii Energy’s mission is to educate, encourage and incentivize the electric utility customers of Hawaii, Honolulu and Maui counties to invest in efficiency measures, to learn new ways to conserve and to contribute to improving Hawaii’s bright energy future. These individual actions taken as a whole, play a critical role in achieving Hawaii’s Clean Energy Initiative goals. We are developing new measures to improve the cost-effectiveness of rebates and incentives, as well as to promote increased emphasis on personal energy awareness and sustainable energy behaviors.
