There are actions and equipment measures that do not qualify for rebates. As a convenience, we list a few of those here. This list does change, so check back periodically for updates.

• Power correction or power conditioning equipment.
• Measures that are not permanently installed and can be easily removed such as: Refrigerant Additives.
• Measures with less than a one-year payback period. Lighting projects with less than a six month payback period.
• Repairs or maintenance of existing equipment.
